The staff aren't trained for anything, and there were several issues with payment methods. They also asked for an advance booking payment over the phone. For this hotel's quality, the price should be ₹700 a night. Even a ₹400 OYO hotel is better. Don't book here, whether for yourself, relatives, or family.

Lakshman Ji, the hotel owner, is a very good person. The staff were good too.

They took my money, but no room was allocated, and I couldn't get in touch with them. The hotel was awful.

The property was clean, and the staff were helpful. Best hotel in Gandhinagar.

The owner was arrogant and didn't respond. Service and staff support were poor, and the rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Awful experience. Don't book a room here.
