The location made it easy to get to major attractions, and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. We found the rooms comfortable and cozy, and they were kept neat and clean. The staff were friendly and courteous, always willing to help, and their hospitality made us feel at home. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good range of choices. Hotel Namgyal House offers good value and a comfortable stay in Gangtok. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

We stayed for three nights and had a really wonderful time. The welcome was warm and the care felt homely. The rooms were tidy and in very good shape, and the washrooms were good too. Food was good as well.
