The food was poor, and they couldn't manage even basic meals. There are only four staff running the place. It felt more like a homestay than a hotel, and sometimes there was no water. The basement rooms smelled strongly because a sewer runs past the hotel, and there were lots of flies and mosquitoes. We also had power backup trouble. The rooms weren't as pictured, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.

For a family, this is a good hotel at this price. The food was good, and the staff treated us well. If you bargain properly, you can get a spacious room for less.

I wasn't given the room I'd picked when booking, and the basement room had a bad smell. They didn't provide drinking water in the room, and the bathroom geyser wasn't working properly. The food was terrible too. A really bad stay.

The hotel is a long way from the main market, which was the main drawback. The room was nice, the food was good, and the staff were good too.

We only stayed overnight in Gangtok, and the room had plenty of space. Service was good, so the stay went well.
