We've stayed here three times and never had a complaint. They clean the room, towels and bedsheets every time we go out, and if you ask for something, they bring it over. The service is top quality and the room was excellent. The vegetarian breakfast is better than any non-vegetarian one I've had. Best hotel in Gangtok, highly recommended.

We switched rooms on the second day hoping for better, but the new room was just as bad. Nothing about the stay felt like a three-star hotel, and this ended up the worst part of our trip. The front desk staff member was arrogant and barely acknowledged us when we raised the problems. The first room already had a broken door lock, dirty floors, stained glasses and cups, and a washroom missing basic items. The lift was tiny. The restaurant was worse, with only around 7-8 tables, and the kitchen and storeroom were dingy and smelled unpleasant. I don't understand why this is called a three-star property.

The executive room had one large bed and one single, and both were comfortable. The room and restroom were very good, and MG Marg is just a five-minute walk. The staff are really nice. We had a great stay!

After the really heavy rain on the way to the hotel, room service brought us slippers and hair-dryers to help us out. The rooms are awesome and the washrooms were clean.

This is a new property, and what stands out most is the superb service and the support from the staff and owner. I think it's the best hotel in gantok.
