Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok

I went to an event at Lemon Tree Hotel, Gangtok, and everything was handled smoothly by the courteous, professional staff. There was plenty of space, the venue was well arranged, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The clean setting and décor also showed a high standard of care. A good choice for meetings, celebrations, or other events in Gangtok. 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice mix of local dishes and continental favorites. Everything I ate was fresh and flavorful, and the team served it with a smile. By the second day, they remembered my preferences, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. At Lemon Tree Hotel in Gangtok, check-in was easy and the staff made sure I had what I needed. My room was spotless and spacious, with a modern design that still had some Sikkim charm. I loved waking up to the panoramic snowy mountain view from the window. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room in impeccable shape throughout my stay.

The property doesn’t quite have the feel of a hill resort, which may be the one shortcoming. Still, Lemon Tree lived up to what I expected from my stays with the group in Dwarka, Haridwar and Calcutta. The staff were highly professional and motivated. Breakfast was packed, with every seat taken, yet guests were still looked after. I asked a waiter where the muffins were and went back to my seat. Less than two minutes later, two warm muffins were on my table. Really commendable.

We brought a group of 30 people a week ago, and every part of the stay was top notch, from the ambience and food to the service. My guests were very happy with everything the hotel provided. A big thanks to head chef Mr.palash, who checked with us every day about the menu and food. The Lemon Tree staff and service went far beyond what we expected. Thank you!
