I went with my family for a holiday, and wanted to check the room, geyser, and other amenities before checking in. The manager/owner was rude and behaved very badly, refusing to let us check them. When we said we wouldn't check in, he demanded cancellation charges even though we hadn't checked in. He harassed me and my family. I really don't recommend this place.

They charged me 2800 for a 30-hour stay, even though we had agreed on 1300 for the room during the off-season. The manager was rude and greedy, and wouldn't return the extra money. The rooms were very untidy, the food was low quality, and the tour arrangements were disappointing. Staff seemed more interested in money than serving guests and gave faulty information. Locals also told me this was the worst hotel. Management was very poor. Tourists should stay away.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. I've stayed in budget hotels in several countries and traveled a lot, but I'd need thousands of words to describe this experience. The owner and staff were among the most unprofessional I've come across. Don't book their Lachung or sightseeing packages either. I'll add more details about my stay later.

We agreed on a room rate of 1300, but the owner charged 2800 for just 30 hours. He was frustrating and disgusting to deal with and didn't keep to the agreement. I want to complain to the competent authority. Tourists should avoid this hotel altogether.
