The breakfast had a big, delicious spread with choices for different tastes and dietary preferences. The staff's service and behaviour were top notch, and the hotel's facilities were well maintained. A superb experience 👌👌

The hotel restaurant is pure veg, and the food comes out hot and quickly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff gave wonderful hospitality. Special thanks to housekeeping miss bandana gurung, Mr.Deb Barman, and miss Monika subha.

There was no coordination among the staff. Our booking included breakfast, but they didn't serve it. When we asked, they said their manager hadn't informed them. The food was okay, but the manager was very shrewd.

We came as a group of 12 and had a really enjoyable stay at their Gangtok property. The rooms felt fully updated, the staff were very friendly, and the food was very good. We were all happy with the visit.
