Krishna Sea View Deluxe

The pool was the best part of our stay at Deluxe Krishna View Resort, Ganpatipule. It was well maintained, with enjoyable water activities that families and kids can enjoy. The bathrooms weren't cleaned properly, which was disappointing and needs attention. The dining hall was inconvenient, especially in hot weather, because it has no AC and there's no washroom nearby. The pool adds value, but cleanliness and basic facilities need significant improvement.

The lodge service was good overall, and the staff were cooperative. The restaurant, though, felt like a black money business. They don't give customers a bill, and they charged double for a product. A Pepsi with an MRP of 20 rs cost us 40rs. When we asked why, they said it was because we sat in the AC section and called it a service charge. They still refused to provide a bill.

The staff are good, and the room is big. Breakfast choices are very limited. Staff seem to think breakfast is complimentary, but customers pay for it, as the room rate differs with and without breakfast. Room service is good, and they maintain the swimming pool and water park very well.

We stayed here for two days and had a bad experience. Service and facilities weren't proper, and the toilet had hot water while the bath had cold water. The owner was rude, and the boss used bad words when talking to customers. I wouldn't suggest staying here. The swimming pool wasn't properly maintained either. I've seen many hotels, but not one like this. The owner didn't treat customers decently and had no civic sense. Not a proper hotel in Ganpatipule.
