Hotel Hill Heights

The washrooms were in an ultra-bad state, and the service was very poor. I can't see how this hotel is being managed. It needs a lot of improvement, and I can't even give it two stars. My honest advice is to avoid it without a second thought. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had to leave and find another place after the receptionist refused to give me a room. I'd booked and paid online through the OYO application, but he insisted I cancel and pay cash before they would let me stay. He also wouldn't let me speak with the hotel manager. I contacted OYO customer care, and they quickly arranged a different hotel and filed a refund request for my online payment. Be careful about staying here. The hotel authority seems focused on making money, even if guests are harassed.

After a long journey with my parents, we reached the property and were refused check-in. I'd booked and paid through the Oyo app before travelling, but the manager said the property had a payment issue with ola and wanted us to cancel through ola and take a room directly. Since I wasn't going to pay again in person and my parents were exhausted, I had little choice but to do as he wanted. The place looked nothing like the pictures. The telephone, TV, and geezher didn't work, and the hospitality was awful.

The property manager was extremely rude and made dirty, explicit remarks over the phone. They also refused to honor my fully paid Oyo booking and hadn't told me in advance. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to solo travellers or families.
