10/10
A good experience for the price, with decent interiors and plenty of room for gatherings. The halls are separated for ladies and gents, and can hold about 900-1000 people. There are enough rooms too.

The banquet hall decorations are beautiful, and the deal is a good one.

For a party of 60-75 people, the venue is adequately okay. Any larger than that and I wouldn't risk it, judging by the available space, amenities, and safety features. It's not centrally air-conditioned, and when the place is packed, you sweat heavily because the DX systems barely work under those conditions.

8/10
It's a good, new property and the rooms feel refreshing. The owner is cooperative and helpful, and he's the reason for these stars. The staff lack professionalism. They aren't trained and don't seem interested in getting trained.

The lack of an in-house restaurant is the one drawback, so you'll have to arrange everything yourself. The staff are cooperative and help however they can. The property is good, with clean, spacious rooms and orthopedic mattresses instead of the spring beds found in most hotels.
