The room wasn't clean, and I found bees in it. Aarti changed my room but didn't listen to the problem, which felt very unprofessional. The room she gave me had no TV, and the light wasn't working either. Very rude staff and a very bad experience. Please don't come here.
Check-in was smooth and the price was low, with good facilities. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Aari manager behaved well.
Nice service and a clean room for a budget hotel, with good facilities. The staff were good and check-in went very smoothly. The water bottle was completely [unclear]. Thank you to the angel pink team and staff.
The staff management and service were good, and Aarti mam was very cooperative. Check-in was smooth, and the price was excellent. Aarti manager has a good nature and very nice behavior.
When I arrived, Aarti asked what price I’d booked at online. After hearing my offer, they quoted three times as much. I wouldn’t agree to pay that, so they told me the hotel was sold out. How can they cancel a booking Agoda had already confirmed?
