Capital O 1391 Hotel Pushpa Vilas

The calm atmosphere and attentive staff made the stay especially pleasant. Everyone was polite and ready to help, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had the basics covered. Hotel Pushpa is also in a handy spot near markets, restaurants, and transport, with Max Hospital, Vaishali just a short walk away. A comfortable option in Vaishali, especially if you’re visiting the hospital.

It’s a small hotel, only about 80 steps from Max Super speciality Hospital Vaishali, and the charges are reasonable. The staff are courteous, the rooms are clean, service is good, and the food is OK. The only drawback I noticed was that there’s no fridge in the room. I’d recommend it if you need to be near Max hospital.

They made me check out after just one night of a two-day booking because I’d used vouchers, which they hadn’t taken into account when accepting the reservation. Their mistake cost me two hours on calls with the booking app. They first told me to come to reception even after I said I was having lunch, then left me waiting while the receptionist was busy on her phone. They showed no respect for my time or any work ethic. The shower, AC remote, and room phone didn’t work either. I wouldn’t book here. The service was awful and they don’t seem to care about guests’ time.

We enjoyed using the banquet space for a family function of about 30-40 people. The room was neat and clean, check-in went smoothly, and the food and room service were good. A good experience, thanks to the management.
