The owner wasn’t at the hotel when I arrived to check in, and on the phone he was rude and behaved badly. He told me to pay extra or leave. The staff were rude too. This was the worst service and worst Oyo I’ve ever booked. It felt like a total fraud, and I’d tell people never to go there.

After four hours in room number 22, I just ran to the airport washroom to wash and bathe. It was the worst four hours I can remember, and my mind felt completely ruined afterward. I was there with my family, and I got rashes. We were exhausted, but the bed was so dirty we couldn’t sleep. The Google pictures are misleading. Paint was ruined, the AC fell from the ceiling twice, and I put it back just to keep my one-year-old safe. The wiring was badly damaged too, and I barely stopped my son from touching a wire. If anything had happened to my family, I’d have gone to court. The bathroom was worse than a public toilet, with a previously used cloth and closet, and there was waste stored under the bed. It smelled like rotten eggs. I could write a thousand lines, but you should stay there and understand the nightmare yourself. Thanks for the “wonderful” chance to see the worst.

For small parties, everything else was good on my visit, and there’s room for a gathering of 50-100 people. The washrooms were the one thing I thought was missing, and they’re important in a party area.

The metro is only about a five-minute walk away, and the location is very good. Staff were friendly, cooperative and provided good service. But the rooms and washrooms weren’t hygienic, so I wouldn’t recommend the place much. My room had cockroaches, red spit marks, and a toilet that hadn’t been flushed properly. The rooms themselves were below average.
