Mohan at the front office was great at handling guests, efficient and really friendly. The hotel was well managed, the staff were very capable, and our room was attractive and well equipped.

Mohan at the front office sorted out our booking smoothly and made us feel like VIP guests. Reception coordination was seamless, and the linens were clean. Room service was prompt too. Everything was flawless.

The food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, and the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The hall had a relaxing, elegant feel, with thoughtful details and good amenities. At Clarks inn restaurant, I had such an excellent experience. I felt welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived, and would love to come back.

We waited 45 minutes for a starter, then had another long wait after one starter arrived. Bread took a long time too. The buffet choices were very limited, the food was average, and the service was awful. The staff seemed completely untrained, the ambience wasn't good, and the coasters were dirty. The food containers were heated so much that one person got burned by the steam. They shouldn't take guests if they can't serve them properly. I wouldn't recommend Bridge restaurant and wouldn't want anyone else to have their evening spoiled.
