The staff, especially Suresh and Suraj Ji, were helpful and brought me hot water whenever I needed it. The hotel is close to Ghaziabad railway station, and autos, shared autos, and tempos are easy to find for getting to Shaheed Sthal metro station. Rooms come in small and larger sizes, so choose carefully. Booking offline is much cheaper. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect five-star treatment, and as with any place, it's sensible to be aware that problems can happen.

The rooms weren't properly provided or sanitized, and the bathroom and staff were awful too. I found this place very bad and not worth the money. I also felt it had a prostitution scene. Please don't book here.

Rahul ji was especially helpful, and the staff were cooperative. Thanks to the double tree management for managing things so well.

The rooms were clean and nice, but the hotel itself is very small, with narrow stairs. There's no restaurant.

The room, bedsheet, and bathroom were much too dirty. The owner of this company is a cheater. That's true, trust me.
