I was disappointed that there were no kitchen facilities. The receptionist, Ms. Sweta, was rude and unprofessional. There were also problems with my booking, billing, and the hotel's policies. I booked online but was asked to pay extra when I arrived. My booking included complimentary early check-in, yet staff denied it and demanded an additional charge to let me into the room early. I hope these issues are looked into and service improves.

I was tired when I arrived, but check-in went smoothly. The rooms were clean, the balconies were big, and the location was good. The courteous people and the place itself were beyond what I expected from Ghaziabad.
