After lockdown I'd stayed at five different townhouses, and each one was a bad experience: broken flushes, dirty rooms and bathrooms, broken things, AC that didn't work, and staff rating the place from our phones. This one was a relief. Everything was clean, nothing was broken, and there were water and soap, clean sheets, and clean walls, floors, and bathroom. The room was small, but the price was low, so that worked for us. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the receptionist didn't ask for my phone or tell me to leave a rating. I was happy with this visit and recommend this townhouse.

I booked for around 900, then at the hotel they asked me for 1200. That's not okay. The staff were so rude, and I've never seen a hotel like this. I'll definitely take action over this and won't let it go. Don't visit here. There are better places near Sector 62, only about 15 minutes away.

The rooms were good, but the toilet seat had a filthy-looking spot, like someone had spat on it. Room service was awful too. I called for tea and it still hadn't arrived after an hour. Hard to imagine service like that.

The room was clean and small, but it was fine for two or three people. Staff were attentive, and for the price I paid, the stay felt worth it.
