The room was in terrible shape, with poor hygiene, bad maintenance, and facilities that were broken or unusable. It looked nothing like the photos online. For what you pay, this was by far one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and seemed poorly trained. Basic hospitality was missing, and every interaction felt unpleasant. Management came across as arrogant and indifferent to guest concerns. When problems came up, they argued instead of sorting them out, as if guests should feel grateful to stay there. I also found the charges and rules hard to accept. Hidden costs, unnecessary rules, and absurd terms were only revealed after check-in. It felt less like hospitality and more like trying to extract as much money as possible. To me, this place is a complete scam in the name of a hotel. Save your money and peace of mind, and stay somewhere else.

The only decent thing is the location, near some big ceremony resorts. When I went yesterday, though, the road was broken. The rooms were tiny and extremely dirty, and the staff were very rude. They serve prepared market food. Don't stay at this hotel.

They gave me a special room, and I enjoyed my stay there. There was everything in the room, including food and drinks. The food and water were good too. Awesome is a very nice hotel, lots of fun and everything was very good. You should visit at least once, friend 👀👏🏻❤️👍🏻🎖️

I paid 499 extra rupees before check-in after booking the hotel through oyo. I shared the proof and screenshots with oyo support, but they didn't give me justice and backed the hotel. The hotel clearly committed fraud against me. Don't believe the fake reviews they're posting on Google.

The rooms were neat and clean. Housekeeping staff member Ms. Kanchan Mishra and supervisor Ravindra were especially attentive and cooperative.
