Hotel Om International

It's hardly 500m from the Temple, and the location also gives easy access to nearby attractions and transport. We found the rooms cozy, clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Hotel Om International made for a comfortable stay, and I recommend it for leisure or business travel.

The breakfast was tasty and the same each day: idli, dosa, madu wada, masala dosa, upma, shira, fruit, bread with butter and jam, tea and coffee. The hotel serves breakfast but doesn't have a kitchen open 24/7. There's an attached restro bar that can deliver food to the room. If you're traveling with kids, check ahead about any extra needs. The main area location makes the hotel easy to reach, but it's noisy throughout. Rooms were okay, with basic cleaning and hygiene, though we found two cockroaches. The sink and toilet were clean inside but not on the outside. The windows have to stay closed, so ventilation is limited. Staff were just okay, not very friendly, and I wasn't pleased with the service. I asked if they could add an adhoc cartoon channel on tata sky for a couple of days for my son, but they said they couldn't. I don't understand why, as other hotels we've stayed in managed requests like this.

The staff were friendly and supportive, and Ms. Vinaya deserves special thanks for arranging the best rates and communicating clearly and on time. Our room had all the basics, including soap, shampoo, a comb, towels, and a TV. It was hygienic and well maintained, and breakfast was yummy at a decent price. We had an excellent stay and a warm welcome at Hotel OM International, Gokarna. Strongly recommended.

We spent three days here on vacation and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a tasty, good spread, and the location was convenient, with many attractions nearby. The hotel was neat, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and supportive. Definitely recommend it for a short getaway.
