The staff were kind, and the service was really good. I visited with friends and felt relaxed. It’s a very nice place.

The staff did what they could, and I’d give them a special star for that. But for married couples or solo travelers, I wouldn’t expect much. Unmarried couples may find it suitable since you can pay by the hour. We paid 1820.00+18% GST, with no complimentary breakfast and no geyser. Check-in is at 11:00 am and checkout at 12:00 noon. There’s no lift to the first or second floor, so you have to use the stairs. The food quality isn’t worth discussing. Tea is 30Rs, poha 70Rs, and a sandwich 80Rs. I doubt married couples or solo travelers would book again. It’s your choice whether to book.

Cockroaches and other insects were in the bathroom, and the rooms are awful. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were kept clean and well maintained, and the staff were prompt and attentive. Tulipinn is in a very convenient spot in the heart of gorakhpur, too.
