I liked how calm The Lodhi felt, especially with Delhi so busy outside. There’s a comfortable sense of privacy, and the modern design feels refined without being too much. The room was huge, with elegant interiors, great bedding, and everything kept in excellent condition. Staff were respectful and quick to handle requests. The dining choices were thoughtfully put together, and both the food and service were consistently good. A relaxing, comfortable stay with a touch of understated luxury.

The private plunge pool was a real highlight, especially for summer, and little touches like the in-room air purifier and GYM accessories showed care. The rooms were beautiful too. We were there for our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a decorated room and a special cake. From the location and amenities to the staff, everything felt special from the moment we arrived. This is hands down the best 5-star hotel I’ve stayed in. Warm, luxurious, and memorable.

The concierge was a huge help when we ran into several issues with our outbound travel. A special thank you to Hitender, who drove us a few times and went out of his way, without us even asking, to make sure we got to our train safely and easily. We love a nice hotel, and the Lodhi is our new favorite. It’s a beautiful property with lovely, spacious rooms, a great breakfast on-site, and service that really was top notch.

What I needed was a reset, and The Lodhi gave me that even during a short stay. It was a beautiful experience, with impeccable, world-class hospitality from beginning to end. There’s a sophisticated calm here that feels far removed from the busy energy of New Delhi. It really felt like a peaceful oasis.

The service was excellent, and the staff were kind and friendly, always ready to go beyond their jobs. I did have a safety incident that left me feeling unsafe at one point, but the team handled it well and apologized afterwards. Speaking up helps. MADI looked after me whenever I dined at breakfast. She was attentive and quick to help whenever we asked, and her kindness made my mornings start right. The location is great for the tourist areas, yet it stays very quiet even in the middle of the city. The room was massive, clean, and well stocked, with a kettle, tea and coffee, slippers, robes, and skin essentials. The bathroom was laid out really well and probably the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. The bed was huge and very comfortable. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Delhi.
