The staff were kind enough and the food was okay, but the room had serious issues. The sheets were stained, and a leaking pipe left the bathroom wet. They didn’t seem to consider that a problem. If you’re alone and don’t have another option, you could stay here. An Uber to India expo mart costs ₹100.

The rooms seem fairly priced, and the service was good. The food was healthy and reasonably priced too. Finding the hotel can be tricky, especially on your first visit at night. A sign and better lighting would make it much easier to spot.

I’ve never seen staff behave so badly. The owner also pressures guests to give a high rating, something I haven’t encountered at any other OYO where I’ve stayed. I’m asking OYO to cancel this hotel’s membership quickly and avoid agreements with owners who have this kind of attitude. I’ll say it again, absin hospitality is a terrible, cheap hotel.

After we’d been out for a few hours, we returned to find our room had been given to someone else without asking us. We’d booked it for one day and had locked it before leaving. The manager and staff told us the room was taken and that we could leave. They argued loudly when we tried to discuss it, so we eventually left rather than keep arguing. The staff weren’t cooperative and didn’t know how to speak to customers. The AC was poor, and the drinking water was bad. Worst rooms and worst experience. They don’t deserve even one star.
