The ₹3000 price was high for what we got. The sheets were dirty, the washroom was poorly kept, and even the public areas lacked cleanliness. Staff offered an unacceptable excuse when I asked about the unwashed towels. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I strongly advise people not to book here.

The public areas were just as neglected as the room, which was a mess from the bedsheets to the revolting washroom. I paid ₹3000 and got very poor service. When I raised the issue of unwashed towels, the staff's excuse only made things worse. Cleanliness clearly wasn't a priority during my stay at Grand Residency. I left thoroughly dissatisfied and would warn others away from Grand Residency Hotel.

I paid extra for an early check-in and confirmed it by phone with Nisha from customer care. But at 8:30am, the person at the hotel reception was asleep. When I asked for a room, he bluntly and rudely told me there wasn't one, said I should leave, and went back to sleep. OYO customer care then asked me to cancel the booking, though I had no way to do that. Overall, a terrible experience.

Be careful booking this hotel online. They may ignore your reservation at the last moment, leaving you with no choice but to pay more according to their demand. This has happened to us already. A very bad experience, and I'd never book here again.

The hotel wasn't clean and the staff were rude. OYO cancelled my booking without telling me, which caused me multiple problems. When I was asked to book directly instead, they wanted a lot of money. Definitely not recommended.
