Hotel Golden Petals

We spent a week here with family while hosting some of my son's wedding functions. The hotel set up eye-catching spaces for the engagement, mehndi and haldi, and the food was excellent. The staff were disciplined and cooperative throughout our stay. Our guests left with lovely memories, and I’d rate the management 9.8 out of 10.

The last-minute cancellation left us having to rearrange the guests, vendors and wedding schedule in just a few days. Hotel Golden petals offered no compensation or reasonable alternative, and the stress could have been avoided if they had kept the booking or helped us find a solution. I had already organized catering, guest rooms and the wedding setup around the hotel, so the cancellation threw all of it into doubt. They told me only days before the wedding that they could not host us because of “unforeseen circumstances,” leaving us scrambling for another venue. There was no apology, and when I asked what could be done, staff just shrugged. Getting useful information was difficult throughout. The wedding coordinator was unresponsive and unprofessional, and my calls rarely got a timely or helpful reply. When I reached someone, it wasn’t clear they understood how urgent things were. This lack of support was especially frustrating for such an important event. Choosing this place for our wedding stay was a terrible decision. What should have been one of the happiest days of my life became a stressful disaster, and I’m deeply disappointed. I would never recommend it. The lack of professionalism and care, along with the poor service, shouldn’t be acceptable at a place that hosts weddings. If you’re planning an important event, stay far away from Hotel Grand Petals.

The music and atmosphere kept our Diwali celebration lively, and everyone enjoyed the delicious food with its good variety. Hotel Golden Petals had festive decorations that gave the evening a lovely Diwali feel. The team coordinated everything smoothly and treated us warmly. Thanks to them, it was a memorable party.

We trusted the management and staff with three family functions at the same venue, and they delivered more than we’d discussed. The engagement was in August 2025, followed by mehndi and haldi in November 2025. They always try to do their best, and we were able to book the events and leave the rest to them. The staff, rooms, food and management quality made that confidence easy.
