The place might be fine for an overnight stay, but it isn’t suitable for a function or event. Guests are restricted to the property, the staff aren’t very active, and the hospitality wasn’t good. The food didn’t suit Punjabi taste, and the snacks arrived too cold with insufficient portions when served.
Today we couldn’t get the rooms, even though I’d booked four for nine guests and paid an advance two months ago, as OYO had described. The property manager said the rooms weren’t available. What on earth is going on? All nine of us are in a lot of trouble, and OYO has responded very badly.
The wedding arrangements for my friend were good, but the catering felt inexperienced and was disappointing. The decorations could use improvement too.
The rooms were usable, and breakfast was included, which was nice. Still, they weren't clean and the bed linens were dirty. It's a good place to stay if those issues don't bother you.
The staff were all friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean and in a very good location. I'd highly recommend it.
