Check-in was refused, and they asked me to pay twice the amount shown in my online booking. The hospitality was poor. AGM sharma seemed to be under the receptionist's control.

They don't accept foreign guests, but the hotel didn't make that clear until I arrived, then acted like it wasn't their responsibility. The booking site also didn't show the minimum amount they require. It felt like a scam, and there is another name for the same hotel at the same location, so check carefully when booking. Don't go, just choose another hotel.

This hotel was awful, from the staff and rooms to the facilities. They didn't even provide a cup of tea, yet charged 2000 RS for a day. I'm asking OYO to shut this place down as soon as possible. Watch out for what I see as a fraudulent hotel and people in Greater Noida.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff were supportive. Really good hospitality, would recommend it.
