The food was unhygienic and below the standard you’d expect from an establishment. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were unprofessional and unwelcoming, and there was little respect or coordination among them. The owner repeatedly yelled at and abused staff, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. My stay was far below expectations, and I regret it. Management should address these serious problems for future guests.

On 24th Feb we arrived for a booking made on the hotel’s own website, only to be told there was no vacancy. They said we had to go to another hotel 34 km away and refused to return our money. It was a very bad experience, one I’ll remember for life.

I made an online booking two weeks before check-in. Receptionist Arun asked me to cancel it and rebook with payment at the hotel because the price was discounted. On the day I was due to check in, I called and Arun cancelled the booking, saying the rate was too low and he couldn’t give me a room so cheaply. He had two weeks to decide, but waited until the last day to show his true colours. Now we have to find another hotel. Thanks for your help, Arun. Really appreciated.

The owner was rude and offered no cooperation during the stay. There was no service at all, and breakfast wasn’t edible. Think before booking.
