Quest Home Kalikapur Kolkata by Goroomgo

I booked in April 2024 and reached the address shown on Google Maps, but found only a small chai shop. I called repeatedly and couldn’t get through to the hotel for 2-3 hours, until 11 PM. My local cab driver helped me find the place at midnight. It was a flat in a narrow street, 3-4 km from the location they showed or claimed. At checkout the next morning, they made me wait 30-40 minutes, saying Goroomgo hadn’t passed my payment on to the flat owner, even though I’d prepaid Goroomgo. The service was poor, and after payment they wouldn’t answer my calls. Goroomgo seems to act as a middleman and give the wrong location. To me, this was a terrible experience and felt fraudulent. Goroomgo is spam.
