There was some mix-up with my non-AC booking, and the room had been given to someone else. They later gave me another room, but the bedsheets were stained, the room was damp and there was no flush button. We had to make do for the time we were checked in. It wasn't worth the price. It might be worth considering after renovation.

In 09/2025, the restaurant was completely empty, and the biryani, which seemed to have been cooked at noon, arrived cold. The hotel was undergoing renovation and looked a bit dirty. The staff didn’t seem concerned about guests.

The food and room service were good, and the rooms were decent, though they need maintenance. The washroom could use better lighting. There’s only a lift and no staircase.

The rooms had no working flush, proper lighting, or A/C remotes, and the lift maintenance was also terrible. Even when a wedding party had booked 20 rooms, the same neglect continued. Maintenance and service were awful. Better avoid this place. The other reviews may be from people connected to the hotel.

The welcome was especially good. They made us feel comfortable at both check-in and check-out, and the people were nice and helpful. KANAKARAJU took very good care of us, and I’m grateful for his cooperation. The rooms were neat and luxurious for an economical price. Breakfast was included, tasted good, and had 5-6 varieties.
