The metro and market are an easy short walk away, and food can be ordered throughout the stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and quick to respond to requests.

I was there with my fiancée for one night, and it was a terrible experience. Before checkout the next morning, I had to leave urgently, so she was alone in the room. I had already told the staff we'd be checking out late and would pay the full late checkout fare, even offering double, but they still treated her badly. Someone had also tried to unlock the room door earlier. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The staff were rude, and the hospitality and management were awful.

The food was comforting, and the rooms felt hygienic. Service was quick and good, too. It was a super cozy stay, and I had a great experience.

They were rude to customers and the service was awful. Even when someone is late checking out and ready to pay double for the full day, the staff still misbehaved. This was the worst experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The location, hotel service, staff, and cleanliness were all excellent. I have nothing to complain about. Thank you.
