I was in room 201. It was old and dated, and the bathroom glass set had turned brown. The receptionist was very rude. The rent felt far too high for what we got, and the hotel wouldn't adjust the timing for the length of the stay.
There was always a naphthalene ball smell in the rooms. Sewage surrounds the place, so if you leave a window open for ten minutes, mosquitoes join you. One receptionist was really rude, and when I asked at midnight for one extra water bottle, they wouldn't provide it.
The price quoted when I met the receptionist in person was much higher than the online rate. The way they handled it was awful.
The hotel was clean and nice, but the manager's behaviour was nasty, especially toward North Indians. They need to learn some manners and ethics. The price was on the high side too, so they could easily have included breakfast.
The manager, I think, was rude and not polite. For the price they charge, I'd have expected proper amenities and a better stay, including complimentary breakfast. The room was a little above average, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom itself was very tidy, but having the toilet right there made showering really uncomfortable. I was disappointed and won't stay again unless they fix these issues.
