Please don't book this place through any platform. Make my trip, Goibibo, and Agoda all show the same wrong name, Collection O Bay, but the property said they don't have a place by that name and won't accept bookings under it. I booked through Goibibo, and when we arrived they denied that this property was theirs. This is a fraud by OYO rooms.

Oyo is no longer part of this hotel, which has changed its name to Pleasure Inn. The listing called Collection O Bay 11 is inaccurate. We were told the hotel wouldn't honor a booking under the old name and wasn't responsible for it. After that, the experience can turn terrible in every way, and there's no way to get a refund.

Morjim beach is fairly close, and there are a few places to eat nearby, like tomatoes. The stay worked out fine for us, but many of the places we wanted to visit in North Goa were quite far away.

The people were friendly and the place was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was good too. We did have an issue with getting hot water in the shower.
