The food was good and tasty, and the room was spacious with okay upkeep. But the bed and bathroom needed more attention to hygiene. The set-top box didn't work; they took a long time to respond and still couldn't fix it. They offered to move me, but by then it was too late. Water, the geyser, lights, and entertainment equipment should all be checked before guests get their keys.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. With a pleasant atmosphere, road views, and a central spot in the city, this was the best hotel over Gulbarga for me. It exceeded my expectations and had a great mix of comfort and luxury. I'd highly recommend it.

My guests arrived to find their rooms not ready, even though I'd reserved them 14 days earlier. They were made to change rooms during the stay, and the whole thing was a management mishap. There was also no advance notice that the restaurant closed early. After a lot of arguing, food was ordered from outside, but I learned after checkout that my guests had to pay for it themselves. A terrible experience. I recommend never staying here.

The rooms aren't cleaned properly, and the natural ventilation isn't adequate. Still, the location is handy: it's close to the shopping mall, Ranga mandir, and nearby restaurants. The main road is easy to reach, and the bus stop is about 100 m away.

The reception and service teams are available around the clock and respond quickly whenever help is needed. They were cooperative and professional throughout. The hotel is also in a prime spot with excellent access.
