Navya Grand Lodge by OYO Rooms

We were in Guntur for my B.Ed. exams, and the lodge is very close to the railway station. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and their service made us feel at home. I especially liked the rooftop view of Guntur station and a glimpse of the city. In the evening, the breeze made the terrace feel peaceful. We could also go out whenever we wanted, which was convenient for students. It was a calm, scenic stay that I'll remember fondly.

The service was very bad. Please don't consider staying here. It's a waste of money.

This lodge is right beside guntur railway station, and the service they provided was very good.

My stay was quite disappointing. They hadn't provided even soap or a towel, the room had no toilet seat, and the pillow stank. When I contacted receptionist Sai, he sprayed room spray on it. Staff also came into the room without knocking, barging in as if it were their own space. They were rude and didn't know basic manners for speaking to guests. They acted as if we might leave without paying the rent.
