There isn't a parking area, the toilets weren't cleaned properly, and the rooms had AC leaks. The only good thing is the location, within walking distance of Jhandewalan metro station. Rooms may cost less, but better hotels are nearby.

I visited on 27 march, and the room was a mess from the start. The floor was sticky and dirty, and the AC set to 16°c still didn't cool it. They didn't provide an extra mattress for the third person, and the charging plugs were loose. There was no electricity in the bathroom or at the plugs in my room. Staff took 30 minutes to make a dirty temporary repair that lasted only 15 minutes, so I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They also charged me an extra 300rs for an upgrade I never got. I was rushing to drop my friend at the bus stand, so I paid cash and left. When I checked the OYO app in the morning, it showed the extra 300 had been charged. I couldn't get it refunded because I didn't have the hotel's bill slip. A really bad experience. I wouldn't book a hotel online again.

The staff were kind and the service was good, so my stay was decent in the end. Still, the rooms are tiny, and the partly transparent bathroom doors could be embarrassing. They allow drinking in the rooms, so I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The rooms looked nothing like the booking photos. They were dirty, the bedsheets weren't clean, and no toiletries were provided. The receptionist asked for more money, then tried to take my phone at checkout to give the hotel a five-star rating. Watch out. This was my worst experience so far.
