The rooms were clean, and it was quiet there. A satisfying place to stay in Guntur.

Really poor service. The room wasn't good, and the bed was dirty 🤮🤮

I couldn't get even an hour of sleep because the place was full of mosquitoes. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket were filthy and hadn't been cleaned, and the room itself hadn't been cleaned when I checked in. On top of that, after I'd booked, management had given my room to other people for a couple of hours before my arrival. The support staff were careless. Nightmare, worst, dangerous, all fit this place. Please don't even consider staying here for a minute.

The hotel wouldn't accept my OYO booking, and I wasn't given an invoice there. OYO charged more than the hotel does, and its support wasn't good either. The rooms weren't well kept, the sheets hadn't been washed properly, and the staff weren't following Covid-19 protocols at all.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and there’s parking. I’m taking off a star because the hotel won’t accept OYO online payments. Better to pay at the hotel.
