The rooms were average, with no bedside light, and there were bed bugs in the bed.

At midnight, in heavy rain, the owner refused to honor the classic room I'd booked through Oyo, leaving me and my guests stranded and humiliated. My stay at Hotel SS Inn in Guntur was disastrous. The lack of professionalism and care for customers was appalling. I strongly advise against staying here, since they clearly don't value guests or their commitments.

Went back to this hotel after a long time. It's simple and good, with a nice ambience, super cool lightening and good seating. The rooms and wash rooms were clean, and the staff were nice. You can come with your family 😊 They need to improve more staff. I'd give it "7for10" 🤞

The washroom pipe was leaking, and it was like a busstand toilet. The rooms were too awful. Worst experience, never go there.

The staff were good, but the maintenance was so bad I can't explain it 😔. The toilet was very bad to use.
