I'm currently at Rhythm Hotel on Sohna Road, Sector 68, Gurugram, haryana -122103, and I'm extremely disappointed. The room has an unbearable smell, and the lavatory is dirty, smelly, and unhygienic. The cleanliness is unacceptable and makes the room very uncomfortable. The staff have been unprofessional, especially the receptionist, and don't seem to know how to treat customers properly. I asked for a bottle of water over an hour ago and still haven't received it. I requested an iron and ironing table nearly two hours ago, with no response or action. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is by far my worst experience. The neglect and lack of basic hospitality are shocking. I want immediate action on the cleanliness and service issues. This needs urgent attention. I'm a very dissatisfied guest.

Our group check-in went wonderfully. Amarthya supported us throughout the stay, and we really appreciate all the effort he and the whole team put into making it a great experience for everyone. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was ready on time and well prepared, and the location made it easy to get to transport and dining options. For the price, the comfort and hospitality are excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished with the essentials. Housekeeping keeps hygiene standards high, the reception team is cooperative and professional, and room service is prompt. Check-in and check-out were seamless. A pleasant, relaxing stay and good value for business or leisure.

We stayed for business and it worked well. The hotel is good for different purposes, with spacious rooms that don't feel cramped. The food menu and buffet were quite limited, though decent enough for travelers and business trips.

I checked in on 11th December and may have left a pair of pants in my room. I contacted the hotel about them earlier, but it's been nearly two weeks without an update. Could you please confirm whether they were found? They're important to me. If you have them, please tell me how I can get them returned; if not, I'd appreciate help finding a suitable resolution.
