Aashiyana Paradise by Treebo

The place was clean, but the receptionists were very rude, especially if you weren’t buying anything from the hotel. They don’t allow outside food, and the hotel food costs about twice the normal price. They also don’t provide mineral water, just refill bottles left in the room.

I’ve been complaining since check-in, but nothing came of it. The place was filthy, and the staff seemed just as dirty, like they needed lessons in personal hygiene. The intercom didn’t work and there was no room service for four hours, so I missed lunch and was worried about getting dinner. I wanted to check out, but since I’d paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me. This has left me really worried about Oyo’s hospitality. My last day with OYO. Happy ending.

I booked two nights, but the confirmation I received was for just one. When I went to the property, the manager said no room was available because of an electrical fault, and that any payment would be adjusted toward alternative accommodation. Luckily, I hadn’t paid. Goodbye, OYO.

The tea and snacks are better here than at other places. Our room had a mini fridge and water heater, though those weren’t in every room. Room service was okay, but they should have been more forthcoming about water and things like that.
