There isn't any parking for vehicles, and the rooms are close together. They're not especially spacious, but not cramped either, and have basic furniture. The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff are polite. It's near the rapid metro line, with Maulsary avenue rapid metro station the closest.
Room service was prompt, and the rooms had enough space. The staff were helpful, too. Breakfast came with a range of choices. Food tasted good and was good quality, though it cost a lot. The place itself was affordable.
The food was good, and they also offered a complimentary ride to and from the office. I found the staff especially helpful and soft-spoken, particularly Mr. Prem at reception. A decent option if you're looking for a service apartment around Gurgaon Phase 4.
The food was good, and it's a decent place to stay in DLF Phase 3. The rooms could use improvement, though. In most of them the AC regulator didn't work, and the power kept fluctuating on many days, cutting in and out.
The bathroom door lock and the switchboard were broken, and the main door lock was broken too. I reported it to the manager, who said they'd fix it the next day, but nothing was done. When I asked for water, they gave it to me in a used bottle. Worst hotel I've ever seen.
