I booked Capital O 60607 Imperial directly with the hotel for our wedding function from 06th to 08th December and paid 10 thousand rupees in advance. The caretaker cancelled the booking in a message but refuses to return the advance, despite my repeated attempts to get the money back because of his awful attitude. I have attached copies of the police complaint, his cancellation message, and the booking showing the 10000 rupees payment. He insists on taking the full amount in advance and won't refund what I paid. The hotel is vacant, and police often visit. He's adamant and a jerk. Don't be misled by his polite manner, he'll take you for a ride later. NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The receptionist was polite and professional, and the room had all the facilities I needed. I had a really nice stay and would like to come back.

The property is closed and doesn't operate with Oyo at all. There was no communication, and the photos on Google are false.
