Fabhotel Rivlet

The room I eventually received was filthy, with torn walls and water all over the place. It looked nothing like the pictures online, and basic upkeep seemed to have been ignored. Before that, the staff were rude from the moment they learned I'd booked online through FabHotel and called the FabHotel number. They wanted extra payment for early check-in and said I could wait outside for two hours if I didn't pay. They even told me to lie if anyone asked whether I was staying there. Completely unethical. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, with no professionalism and too much focus on getting more money from guests. I'd tell people to avoid it.

The Wi-Fi worked well, and the rooms were pretty good. There aren't any restaurants inside the hotel, though there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV.

I only booked this place for two nights because it was near my office, and the room was spacious, but pretty uncomfortable. It was dirty, the pillows had no covers, and at night I spotted a cockroach on the bed. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and the shower tap came off. I was given shampoo instead of body wash, and the towels were damp and smelled odd. Luckily I'd brought my own. Even getting toothpaste turned into an argument, though I was willing to pay. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Helpful staff and really good service. A nice option if you need somewhere close to cybercity.
