A badly overpriced hotel. The washroom was in terrible condition, room service was B-grade, and the staff were insolent. A very bad experience.

The price is good and the staff are pleasant, so this hotel is an option. Customer satisfaction is 100%. Sometimes people ask for extra money for an extra half hour, but this person stays calm and doesn’t ask for more.

My stay felt safe, with very clean, sanitized rooms and staff who behaved nicely. Special thanks for the precautions against covid 19. The hotel is conveniently near sector 5, the railway station, and Gurugram’s bus stand.

I’d strongly advise avoiding this property. It’s far below standard, and I never expected OYO to work with such poor properties and people.
