Every meal was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right. The food variety and taste were really good, and it felt like care had gone into the cooking. Thanks to Chef Jitendra for the attentive, friendly service. He made sure everything came out hot, fresh, and on time, which made the dining experience even better. I had a wonderful stay.

Mr. Vivek Jha arranged birthday decorations and upgraded our room after I asked, which we really appreciated. I’d booked two rooms to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and most of the stay was pleasant, but some service problems got in the way. At check-in, neither room key worked. We asked for replacements, then spent about 20-30 minutes trying to sort it out. Eventually we went to reception ourselves and found out the original keys belonged to different rooms. The high tea included in my package was also confusing. Reception sent us to the dining area, where staff said it would come to our room. But when we called around 5 PM, room service wasn’t available and we were told to come downstairs. At the buffet, my wife reached for a dessert and was stopped by a staff member, who said it wasn’t for us and that our order would be brought to the table. There was no sign explaining this, and she felt embarrassed, especially on her birthday. The high tea itself was a very small serving, just four bread pakora and four sandwiches, with tea, so it fell short of what we expected. We’re grateful for the upgrade and decorations. Better coordination, clearer information, and more courteous treatment would have made a real difference.

We booked close to 50 rooms for our guests, and the whole stay ran smoothly. Naveen ji deserves special thanks for managing such a large booking with warmth, professionalism, and close attention to detail. Check-ins were easy, guests were comfortable, and support was there throughout. The team responded quickly to requests and made our guests feel welcome and looked after. Rooms were well maintained and service was efficient. When you’re responsible for so many people, it matters to have a team you can rely on. Lemon Tree made the experience stress-free and memorable. Much appreciated.

The room was clean and quite good, and our one-night stay at Lemon Tree was comfortable and enjoyable. Jitendra Bhaiya was helpful and polite, and kept supporting us during our visit. We had a pleasant stay and would consider coming again.
