I was using abusive language, and they asked me to pay more to stay. The host, who owns the building, said Airbnb had paid him less and I would have to pay extra. I had selected the pet friendly option and listed 2 adults and 2 pets, but when I arrived he said he wouldn't allow them and told me to cancel. I spent 2 hours trying to find a solution, but they didn't care. He told me not to bother him by calling again. I'd already been travelling for 20 hours with my 2 babies, my pets, and got no help from anyone. I wasted time and money and ended up stressed. He abused me and said he didn't give a shit if I'd booked for pets, he didn't care, pets weren't allowed on his premises. Later, he said I could keep them on the roof if I paid extra. I accepted, but then he got greedy and demanded more money, saying I had to check out at a particular time or it might be double the amount. This is why our country can't grow, because of fraudsters, liars, and greedy people.

My booking was turned down just half an hour before check-in. I was told rooms couldn't be given because work was going on, and that I should contact customer care for a refund since the property wasn't responsible. Then I couldn't get anyone on the OYO helpline to sort it out. The service was pathetic, and I won't book an OYO property again.

The stay itself was good for me, and the tap water and bedsheets were in good condition. There are a lot of rooms here. They seem to have spent plenty on facilities, though I can't figure out what the architect and hotel supervisor were thinking about the building. 😆 Just make sure to confirm before checking in.

The owner's manner was really rude, and he spoke to customers unprofessionally. The rooms weren't clean either. In my view, don't come here expecting OYO service.
