OYO 10584 Hotel Just Stay

The online photos showed clean, nice rooms and I got a good deal, so I booked. The room was the exact opposite: dirty walls, a cockroach on the bed and in the pillow cover, pillows in such bad condition nobody would want to use them, and smelly sheets and blanket. I asked to move rooms, but they refused. I then asked them at least to clean the room and change the blanket, pillows, and sheets, and they refused that too. Don’t book this hotel online. The pictures look good, but reality is very different. Please check the pictures.

The AC was leaking and the room smelled. Cleanliness was poor, and room service was awful. Breakfast took almost 50 minutes to arrive, even after I reminded them, and their sandwich was just bread with butter and ketchup. Wouldn’t recommend.

I stayed here because it’s within walking distance of iffco chowk and mg road metro station. It’s small and the bathrooms are too short, but it’s affordable and good. The facilities are good, and the staff are helpful, with good behaviour. There’s no beer service at the hotel, though you can bring your own and drink it.

I booked through Agoda and paid the rate shown online. When I arrived, they said they couldn’t check me in because the rate was too low. I needed a room for the day, so I paid extra and they gave me one. They told me Agoda would refund the original booking since they’d cancelled it, but when I checked Agoda, the booking was still there. They’re frauds.
