The staff were courteous, and the food was decent. The hotel is okay, with a basic room and amenities like you'd get at any other OYO. There's no elevator, so getting luggage to the upper floors could be a hassle. The approach road isn't great, and the surrounding area didn't seem very nice or safe.

They charged for meals but didn't provide them, making an excuse that the kitchen wasn't in use. The meals had been promised on the website, and they used that kitchen excuse to get out of it. I had a really bad, disappointing experience. Please keep your ethics and promises instead of chasing profit.

The rooms and service were good, and the staff were good too. There's no lift, no dedicated parking, and when I visited, the kitchen wasn't available.

Even with a confirmed booking, they turned me away because the property is always overbooked. OYO customer care was no help either. They tried to sell me a more expensive property and asked me to pay extra. It's a miserable experience to arrive from out of town and find you can't stay despite having a confirmed booking. Beware.

They charge you and provide nothing. Want dinner? There's none. Need a bath? No water. The hotel is a mess, and the staff are illiterate. Not even a single star from me. OYO is behind this mess, so stay away from OYO.
