The second visit was a disaster. I booked the same room category as before, but this time the room was tiny, with a very small bathroom and a bad mattress. The receptionist didn’t respond when I asked why, just said they were almost full. Asking about an upgrade got the same reaction. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and breakfast took a long time. By the time we reached the dining room, all the options had run out and everyone was waiting. They could have managed better with so many guests. I’d liked the big, comfortable room during my first stay, which is why we booked again. This time was completely different.

I checked in at 0400h, but the guest room wasn’t ready. There were no towels in the bathroom, and repeated requests still hadn’t worked by 2300hr. Room service was pathetic too, I had to walk to reception to get a bottle of water. During the shift change, supervisory staff were handling guest complaints with counter complaints of their own. Their mission and objectives don’t seem clear. I was meant to stay three days, but decided to move because it wasn’t worth it. Incoming guests may want to use appropriate directions.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty and well managed, and the whole stay felt comfortable. The staff were polite, very helpful, and willing to assist. Sonu, Ajay & Zublan especially stood out. They listened to guest concerns and did their best to sort them out. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

This was the worst experience I’ve had. The glasses weren’t clean and the washroom wasn’t properly clean either. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the TV had problems too. I told staff two or three times, but got no response. I ordered Afghani soya chap with cold coffee and had to remind them that I’d placed the order. They didn’t have my room number until I confirmed it. When the Afghani soya chap finally came, there was no mint chutney, so I had to remind them twice about that as well.
