There wasn't any soap or towels in the washroom, and the glasses weren't clean. Even the water bottle was warm. The AC wasn't cooling the room, but when we complained, they said it was fine. They charged extra without providing decent service. The whole stay was unsatisfactory. Please take strict action against them.

The rooms are good, but don't book here if you need AC to work. None of the units seem to be working properly. They're either outdated and need servicing or have some technical faults.

Wouldn't recommend it. They overcharge, and there are better hotels for the same price.

The app had the wrong location listed, and I had to struggle through the whole night because of it.
