Bhavanam Regency

The front office team gave us excellent service and hospitality, and the staff were good to deal with throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was nice. There’s a very good underground parking area, and the hotel is a short distance from guruvayoor sreekrishna temple. A good stay at Bhavanam regency, a 3 star hotel.

The restaurant food was really tasty, though a little expensive, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and made check-in pleasant. There’s plenty of parking too. My main problem was the bed: the mattress and pillows were much too hard, and when I raised it, I didn’t feel the concern was taken seriously. The couches on every floor also looked old and worn and need replacing. Otherwise, the ambiance was good. It’s a decent hotel, and I hope they improve the bedding and furniture.

The staff were well behaved and the service was nice. The property is well maintained. One issue, Make My Trip charged an exorbitant amount compared with the rates at the time.

I paid ₹4,200 for a suite, but it didn’t feel worth the price. The sofa was worn and old, and a single AC was expected to cool both the hall and bedroom, which didn’t work. The bed was extremely hard, and the bathroom was poorly kept, with a shower that didn’t function. A very disappointing stay at Bhavanam Regency Guruvayoor.
